show Abstracthide Abstract
In this study we are using model meiofaunal invertebrates such as C. elegans and asexually cultivable Stenostomum flatworm species to test wet-lab protocols in development, which aim to collect long read, linked-read, Hi-C, and cDNA reads, for the purposes of genome assembly, scaffolding, and annotation, ideally from single meiofaunal specimens.
